Set some personal goals that are simple but achievable. Make this the year when you do the things that are truly important, like paying more attention to your physical and emotional health and meeting your family’s needs. Make it your duty to review your goals very regularly during the year, in order to ensure that you are staying on track. If, for some reason, things seem not to be going according to your plans; don’t make impulsive decisions, which could be life-altering, and which could have a negative influence, especially on your children.
